A Hearing Voices / Visions group is offered to allow folks to freely share their unique experiences with each other in order to facilitate greater self -acceptance and mutual understanding. The facilitator at times shares material from HVN research and literature to broaden the experience of unique voices and visions and foster group discussion. The goal is that participants learn useful peer driven strategies to manage disturbing voices and visions, develop greater self -esteem as a result of this and eventually incorporate their unique experiences into their lives as being more of a gift than a bane.
