The HVN Navigations group follows the HVN charter and topics often explore the experience of extreme despair, high energy, emotional extremes, voices, visions, extraordinary fears, or other altered states of awareness. Topic's explore understanding influences, interpretations, significance, and meaning found in the experience of neurodiversity.  Connection and exploration enhance our ability to find the most successful ways of navigating these experiences.
