PARENTS/FAMILY Support Group (Runs Concurrently with Youth HVN Group)

Mondays 4:30pm - 5:30pm   Lower Level - Conference Room

This Hearing Voices Support Group is a place where parents and family can talk about their personal experiences of the family members voices, visions and unusual sensory perceptions without fear of judgment. These peer support groups involve social support and belonging, not therapy or treatment; offering mutual support and friendship, providing a safe space to explore one’s own experience and learn from others with similar stories.Creating an opportunity for people to accept and find support in understanding and exploring experiences that might be challenging.
